Senior Oracle Financials Techno-Functional Analyst

Job Description:

Apply advanced knowledge to support and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM and on-prem Hyperion (Essbase/Planning) modules and related applications.
Work with consultants from a system integrator to lead and support the transition to Oracle Cloud EPM, including:Planning Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Narrative Reporting Account Reconciliation FreeForm Planning
Collaborate with global business partners to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and configure EPM solutions to meet business needs.
Create functional and design documentation aligned with business requirements and Oracle best practices.
Coordinate and manage change requests and enhancement projects from initiation through completion.
Drive business process improvements and automation using Oracle EPM capabilities.
Perform system configurations and setups for both Cloud and on-prem environments.
Partner with development teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and validate deliverables.
Provide support for month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
