Sobre el cargo

Buscamos un Guarda de Seguridad responsable y confiable para apoyar nuestras operaciones de Seguridad Física y contribuir a garantizar un entorno seguro para nuestros colaboradores, visitantes, clientes e instalaciones.

El cargo combina funciones de seguridad presencial con el apoyo al Centro de Control de Seguridad, incluyendo el monitoreo de cámaras y el uso de herramientas digitales para respaldar las operaciones diarias de seguridad.

Lo que harás

  • Apoyar las actividades diarias de seguridad física de las instalaciones.
  • Vigilar las instalaciones y contribuir a la prevención y atención de incidentes de seguridad.
  • Apoyar la operación del Centro de Control de Seguridad, incluyendo el monitoreo de cámaras CCTV.
  • Cumplir los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos y reaccionar adecuadamente ante incidentes o situaciones inusuales.
  • Interactuar de manera profesional con colaboradores, clientes, proveedores y visitantes.
  • Trabajar en equipo para atender las diferentes necesidades de seguridad de la operación.
  • Mantener información y registros precisos utilizando los sistemas y herramientas ofimáticas correspondientes.
  • Brindar en todo momento un servicio de seguridad profesional y orientado al cliente.

Eres una persona responsable, confiable y proactiva, consciente de la importancia de mantener la atención y concentración en un entorno de seguridad.

Te sientes cómodo trabajando en equipo, relacionándote con diferentes interlocutores y reaccionando de manera tranquila y eficaz ante situaciones que requieren una respuesta inmediata.

Lo que buscamos

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Guarda de Seguridad, Vigilante o en un cargo similar.
  • Curso de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada vigente.
  • Excelente atención al detalle, concentración y precisión.
  • Buenas habilidades de organización y resolución de problemas.
  • Alto sentido de la responsabilidad y profesionalismo.
  • Actitud proactiva, dinámica y adaptable.
  • Buenas habilidades interpersonales y orientación al servicio.
  • Capacidad para reaccionar de manera adecuada y eficaz ante diferentes situaciones operativas.
  • Capacidad para relacionarse profesionalmente con colaboradores, clientes, proveedores y visitantes.

Lo que aportarás

  • Título de Bachiller.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas informáticos.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de Microsoft Excel.
  • Capacidad para utilizar sistemas y herramientas digitales para apoyar las operaciones del Centro de Control de Seguridad.
  • Habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y la colaboración.
  • Confiabilidad, discreción y una fuerte orientación al servicio.

Condiciones del cargo

  • Ubicación: Colombia.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de 8 o 9 horas, de lunes a domingo, con un día de descanso a la semana.
  • Disponibilidad para apoyar tanto las actividades de Seguridad Física como del Centro de Control.
  • Salario básico mensual: COP $2.178.000.
