Atividades:

  • Realizar análise técnica dos reparos em andamento ou concluídos.
  • Conferir se as peças substituídas correspondem às autorizadas pela seguradora.
  • Verificar a necessidade técnica de substituição ou reparo das peças.
  • Analisar se os tempos de mão de obra aplicados estão de acordo com tabelas técnicas e procedimentos de reparação.
  • Identificar excedentes de horas, peças, materiais e serviços não autorizados.
  • Validar serviços complementares realizados pela oficina.
  • Emitir parecer técnico sobre divergências encontradas.
  • Negociar tecnicamente com oficinas quando identificadas inconsistências.
  • Registrar todas as análises no sistema da seguradora.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos claros e fundamentados.
  • Cumprir os prazos estabelecidos nos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLA).
  • Zelar pela qualidade técnica das análises realizadas.
  • Manter sigilo das informações dos clientes e seguradoras.
  • Atualizar-se constantemente sobre processos de reparação automotiva, novas tecnologias, materiais e procedimentos de fabricantes.
  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Desejável Curso Técnico em Mecânica, Funilaria, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em oficinas automotivas.
  • Experiência em regulação de sinistros.
  • Experiência em análise de orçamentos automotivos.
  • Experiência com supervisão técnica de reparos será considerada diferencial.
