Atividades:

  • Prospectar indústrias, fabricantes de máquinas (OEMs) e revendas, identificando oportunidades em seu território.
  • Conduzir reuniões de descoberta para entender aplicações, especificações, prazos e critérios de compra.
  • Desenvolver oportunidades desde o primeiro contato até a negociação e o fechamento.
  • Trabalhar com as equipes de engenharia e suporte técnico para construir propostas coerentes com a necessidade do cliente.
  • Apresentar o valor técnico e comercial das soluções com clareza, sem prometer características que não tenham sido validadas.
  • Cultivar o relacionamento após a venda, identificando novas aplicações e oportunidades de fornecimento.
  • Manter o CRM atualizado, com histórico das conversas, próximos passos e previsão realista de fechamento.
  • Experiência em vendas B2B, com atuação em prospecção e negociação.
  • Capacidade de conduzir vendas consultivas e lidar com diferentes pessoas envolvidas na decisão de compra.
  • Organização para gerir carteira, oportunidades e atividades em CRM.
  • Disponibilidade para desenvolver mercado e visitar clientes no território de atuação.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com instrumentação industrial, sensores de temperatura, automação ou componentes para máquinas e processos.
  • Relacionamento com indústrias, fabricantes de máquinas, integradores ou revendas de material elétrico.
  • Vivência com especificações técnicas, homologações e processos formais de cotação.
  • Conhecimento do mercado industrial de São Paulo.

Horário de Segunda a Sexta-feira.
