Een goed bouwproject begint lang voor de eerste steen wordt gelegd.

Vanuit een ervaren bouwomgeving werk je mee aan uiteenlopende aanbestedingsdossiers voor publieke projecten. Scholen, ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en sociale woningen behoren tot de projecten waarvoor de calculatie wordt voorbereid. Je krijgt zo niet alleen inzicht in cijfers en prijzen, maar ook in de technische en organisatorische kant van grotere bouwprojecten.

Als Junior Calculator ondersteun je de calculator bij de voorbereiding van offertes en aanbestedingen. Een functie waarin je jouw bouwkundige kennis verder kunt ontwikkelen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opneemt.

Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van verschillende bouwdossiers en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige informatie correct wordt verzameld en verwerkt.

  • Analyse van plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten.
  • Controle van hoeveelheden en technische gegevens.
  • Opvragen en vergelijken van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Ondersteuning bij kostprijsberekeningen.
  • Administratieve opvolging van aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Verzamelen van ontbrekende informatie en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Meewerken aan een correcte en tijdige voorbereiding van offertes.

We zoeken iemand met een bouwkundige achtergrond die graag met cijfers én techniek bezig is.

  • Bachelor of graduaat in een bouwkundige richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen calculatie, werkvoorbereiding of aanbestedingen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Technisch inzicht en het vermogen om plannen te lezen.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Vlot met Excel en courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen calculatie.
  • Ervaring met overheidsopdrachten of grotere bouwprojecten is een plus.
