El Planificador-Programador es responsable de planificar y programar las actividades necesarias para el desarrollo de proyectos complejos, incluyendo elaborar programas de proyectos integrales y gestionar la asignación de recursos, con el fin de facilitar la finalización puntual de los hitos del proyecto.

Lo que buscamos

Educación

Licenciatura en Ingeniería o disciplina afín.

Experiencia

  • Un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la programación y planificación de proyectos.
  • Se valorará haber desempeñado durante al menos 3 años un puesto de liderazgo o supervisión.
  • Experiencia demostrada en la industria minera o en proyectos de construcción de mediana escala.

Habilidades

  • Dominio de software de programación como Primavera P6, Microsoft Project o equivalente.
  • Conocimiento de técnicas avanzadas de programación e integraciones de software.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios para gestionar la asignación adecuada de recursos necesarios para la ejecución del proyecto.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios, así como de planificación y gestión de proyectos.
  • Inglés avanzado indispensable, (el proceso de entrevista incluirá evaluación en inglés).
