Una de las formas en las que MML busca crear una ventaja competitiva es a través de líderes de alto calibre que cuentan con sistemas de personas bien diseñados que resultan en una fuerza de trabajo altamente comprometida, involucrada y productiva.

Requisitos:

  • TSU, Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos móviles de acarreo y equipos auxiliares en minería.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal técnico y liderazgo de cuadrillas de mantenimiento (deseable mínimo 3 años)
  • Certificación o formación en paquetería Microsoft Office.
  • Certificación o formación en sistemas ERP de mantenimiento (preferentemente SAP / S4HANA).
  • Certificación o formación en procesos de planificación y control de mantenimiento basados en KPIs.

Conocimientos:

  • Diagnóstico y mantenimiento de equipos móviles de acarreo en minería subterránea.
  • Interpretación de diagramas hidráulicos, eléctricos y de control de equipos móviles. Conocimiento de sistemas eléctricos de baja y media tensión (110 – 440 V) aplicados a equipos móviles.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de análisis de fallas y causa raíz para equipos de minería.
  • Conocimiento del lenguaje técnico utilizado en procesos mineros y mantenimiento de equipos móviles.
  • Conocimiento básico de procesos de soldadura SMAW, MIG y TIG aplicados a reparaciones de mantenimiento.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de administración, planificación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento basados en KPIs.
  • Capacidad para organizar, priorizar actividades y gestionar recursos durante el turno.
  • Administración del Personal y Supervisión.
