Wir suchen einen strukturiert und unternehmerisch denkenden

Head of Supply Chain

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

  • Analyse, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der gesamten Lieferkette (End\-to\-End) zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Qualität sowie Reduktion von Durchlaufzeiten und Kosten
  • Strategische und operative Steuerung der Beschaffung von Rohmaterialien, Handelswaren sowie die Verhandlung von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände, Sicherstellung einer hohen Lieferbereitschaft bei minimalen Lagerkosten sowie Koordination von Transporten und Zollabwicklungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Produktion, Finanzen und externen Logistikpartnern, um eine nahtlose Abstimmung zu gewährleisten
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Supply Chain Teams
  • Verantwortung für die Stammdatenqualität im ERP\-System sowie die regelmässige Erstellung von KPI\-Analysen und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung

Was bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (ETH, Universität) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen mit Weiterbildungen in Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik, Supply Chain Management
  • 10\-15\-jährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, idealerweise in einem produzierenden globalen Umfeld
  • Technisch versierte Persönlichkeit
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP sowie den MS\-Office\-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel).
