Apoio às atividades administrativas: organização de documentos, digitalização, arquivamento e controle de planilhas.Atendimento e suporte: auxílio no atendimento a colaboradores, clientes e fornecedores, seja presencialmente, por telefone ou e-mail.Apoio aos setores da empresa: participação em rotinas do RH, financeiro, comercial ou outras áreas, dependendo da necessidade do negócio.Aprendizado e desenvolvimento: participação em treinamentos teóricos e práticos oferecidos pela empresa ou instituição parceira.Cumprimento de prazos e processos: execução de tarefas conforme as diretrizes e padrões da empresa, respeitando horários e compromissos.Trabalho em equipe: colaboração com colegas e supervisores, desenvolvendo habilidades interpessoais e organizacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesComo o programa de Jovem Aprendiz é voltado para quem está iniciando no mercado de trabalho, não se exige experiência prévia, mas algumas vivências e habilidades podem ser um diferencial, tais como: ✅ Conhecimento básico em informática (Pacote Office, e-mails, ferramentas de videoconferência). ✅ Boa comunicação e vontade de aprender. ✅ Organização e proatividade no dia a dia. ✅ Interesse pela área de atuação (exemplo: para RH, gostar de lidar com pessoas). ✅ Experiência em atividades escolares ou extracurriculares (trabalhos em equipe, feiras acadêmicas, projetos sociais, esportes, etc.). ✅ Facilidade para seguir instruções e trabalhar em equipe.Informações adicionaisA ideia do programa é justamente oferecer a primeira experiência profissional e desenvolver as competências para que o jovem possa crescer dentro da empresa ou no mercado de trabalho! 🚀😊
