Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar actividades entre clientes, ingenieros de campo, proveedores y equipos internos.
  • Dar seguimiento a planes de trabajo, incidentes, requerimientos y compromisos operativos.
  • Monitorear el avance de proyectos y asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos establecidos.
  • Preparar reportes, documentación y presentaciones de seguimiento.
  • Participar en reuniones de estatus con clientes y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Asegurar una comunicación efectiva y una excelente experiencia para el cliente.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería concluida.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos, operaciones, soporte al cliente o Service Delivery.
  • Habilidad para administrar múltiples actividades y dar seguimiento puntual a pendientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
  • Inglés conversacional.
  • Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office.
