We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team. - Assist in discharge planning and patient education. - Perform IV insertions and manage intravenous therapy. - Utilize your expertise in acute care to support patients in a Level I Trauma Center. - Offer health coaching to patients for improved wellness outcomes. - Demonstrate proficiency in infant care and infectious disease care. - Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results accurately. - Experience administering injections with precision and care.

Requirements: - Valid LPN license in the state of WA. - Proven experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse. - Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. - Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs.
