O que buscamos:

  • Buscamos um Analista de UX Designer para para atuar de forma integrada às áreas de Produto, Tecnologia e Negócio, participando de todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento de produtos digitais.
  • Essa pessoa será responsável por compreender necessidades e comportamentos dos usuários, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e transformar problemas complexos em experiências digitais simples, intuitivas e consistentes.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Trabalhar em parceria com Product Owners, Product Managers, Desenvolvedores, Analistas de Negócio e demais stakeholders.
  • Atuar nas etapas de Discovery e Delivery, da identificação do problema à evolução das soluções digitais.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com Produto, Tecnologia, Negócio e stakeholders.
  • Conduzir e apoiar pesquisas com usuários, testes de usabilidade e validação de hipóteses.
  • Mapear jornadas, fluxos e processos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Criar user flows, wireframes, protótipos e interfaces de diferentes níveis de fidelidade.
  • Transformar necessidades de usuários e negócio em soluções simples, intuitivas e eficientes.
  • Apresentar e defender decisões de design, utilizando dados, pesquisas e feedbacks.
  • Aplicar, manter e evoluir Design Systems, garantindo consistência visual e funcional.
  • Documentar fluxos, componentes e especificações de design para apoio ao desenvolvimento.
  • Contribuir para a evolução contínua de UX, pesquisa, processos e produtos digitais.

Requisitos:

  • Formação Superior em Design, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas
  • Conhecimento em UX Design, Product Design ou UX/UI Design, especialmente no desenvolvimento de produtos digitais em ambientes ágeis;
  • Vivência em Web e Mobile, incluindo criação de user flows, wireframes, protótipos e interfaces.
  • Conhecimento em pesquisa com usuários, testes de usabilidade e validação de hipóteses.
  • Capacidade de transformar necessidades de usuários e negócio em soluções funcionais e intuitivas
  • Vivência com Discovery, Delivery e desenvolvimento de produtos digitais em ambientes ágeis.

Será diferencial:

  • Experiência na construção, manutenção ou evolução de Design Systems.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa.
  • Experiência com produtos digitais relacionados à Saúde Ocupacional, Saúde Corporativa ou Health Tech.
  • Conhecimento de métricas de produto e experiência do usuário.
  • Experiência em ambientes com múltiplos produtos, jornadas e públicos.
