O que você fará no dia a dia

Como Líder Operacional, você atuará no suporte direto à equipe e no acompanhamento das rotinas em campo/operação, sendo a ponte entre os facilitadores, especialistas e a supervisão:

  • Acompanhar e orientar a equipe operacional na execução diária das atividades;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos fluxos, prazos e padrões de qualidade dos atendimentos e serviços;
  • Dar suporte no atendimento inicial a dúvidas e demandas de clientes e colaboradores;
  • Auxiliar no controle de indicadores, organização de rotinas administrativas e relatórios da área;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos diários e apoiar na integração de novos membros do time.

O que buscamos em você

  • Perfil liderador e comunicativo: facilidade para orientar, dar suporte e manter o time alinhado;
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes: capacidade de priorizar demandas em um ambiente dinâmico;
  • Proatividade e resolução de problemas: postura mão na massa e orientação a soluções;
  • Fluidez tecnológica: domínio do Pacote Office, Google Drive, navegadores e sistemas operacionais;
  • Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo (Desejável cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Gestão de RH, Saúde ou áreas correlatas).

(Será um diferencial se você tiver experiência prévia no segmento de Saúde Ocupacional ou em posições de liderança operacional/coordenação de rotinas!)
