O que você fará no dia a dia

Como Supervisor(a) de Operações, você será responsável por liderar, estruturar e otimizar os processos da nossa área operacional, garantindo alta performance e alinhamento com os objetivos da empresa:

  • Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe operacional, acompanhando rotinas e metas;
  • Gerenciar e aprimorar os processos, fluxos de trabalho e indicadores de desempenho do setor;
  • Atuar de forma estratégica no relacionamento com clientes e parceiros-chave;
  • Garantir a conformidade dos processos com as diretrizes e normas da empresa;
  • Tomar decisões ágeis para resolução de gargalos e otimização da entrega de resultados.

O que buscamos em você

  • Vivência sólida em liderança de equipes e gestão de operações;
  • Visão estratégica e foco em resultados: habilidade com análise de indicadores e melhoria contínua;
  • Excelentes habilidades interpessoais: forte capacidade de comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos;
  • Organização e proatividade: facilidade para gerenciar múltiplas demandas e se adaptar a cenários dinâmicos;
  • Domínio de ferramentas tecnológicas: Pacote Office, Google Drive e sistemas de gestão;
  • Escolaridade: Ensino Superior completo (Desejável em Administração, Gestão de RH, Engenharias ou áreas correlatas).
