ASSISTENTE ADMINISTRATIVO -

DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA

A Total Service Logística está com vaga aberta para Assistente Administrativo (masculino) para atuar em nossa sala de controle, no terceiro turno. O profissional será responsável por executar atividades administrativas e operacionais relacionadas à logística, incluindo atendimento a motoristas e clientes, conferência de documentos e notas fiscais, acompanhamento dos processos de recebimento e expedição, controle de veículos e docas, lançamentos em sistemas, apoio ao faturamento e tratamento de divergências e pendências operacionais. Buscamos um profissional com boa comunicação, organização, proatividade, raciocínio lógico, atenção aos detalhes e facilidade para trabalhar sob pressão. É necessário possuir conhecimento básico a intermediário em Excel, familiaridade com sistemas ERP/WMS e noções de processos logísticos e documentação fiscal. Procuramos um profissional comprometido, responsável e dinâmico, que contribua para a eficiência e o bom andamento das operações logísticas.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Monitorar e tratar e-mails, solicitações e demandas operacionais.
  • Recepcionar motoristas e realizar a conferência da documentação de entrada e saída.
  • Efetuar lançamentos, pré-conferência e entrada de notas fiscais nos sistemas.
  • Acompanhar o fluxo de veículos, docas e operações de recebimento e expedição.
  • Gerar, conferir e finalizar planos de busca.
  • Conferir pesos e tratar divergências identificadas na balança.
  • Prestar suporte aos processos de faturamento, emissão e liberação de documentos.
  • Gerar e acompanhar Ordens de Serviço (OS), garantindo o controle das pendências operacionais.
  • Realizar atendimento a clientes, fornecendo informações e os retornos necessários.
  • Manter sistemas, planilhas, controles administrativos e informações operacionais atualizados.
  • Manter comunicação e alinhamento com as equipes de portaria, armazém, conferência, liderança e supervisão.
  • Apoiar a identificação e o tratamento de ocorrências, inconsistências e divergências operacionais.
  • Contribuir para a organização, agilidade e eficiência dos processos administrativos e logísticos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Boa capacidade de raciocínio lógico e resolução de problemas.
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade.
  • Boa postura profissional para lidar com situações de pressão e demandas simultâneas.
  • Comunicação clara, objetiva e assertiva.
  • Proatividade e iniciativa para identificar e solucionar pendências.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e manter bom relacionamento interpessoal.
  • Conhecimento em Excel, do nível básico ao intermediário.
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP, WMS ou outros sistemas de gestão operacional e logística.
  • Noções dos processos de recebimento, expedição e movimentação de cargas.
  • Conhecimento básico de notas fiscais e documentação logística.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar simultaneamente com e-mails, planilhas e sistemas operacionais.
  • Agilidade na execução de tarefas e capacidade de priorizar demandas conforme a necessidade da operação.
