About TOTEME

TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations, and the notion of style.

With an appreciation for how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Archetype pieces are realized in authentic materials, rich textures and graphic silhouettes. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals, and spaces.

TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women’s and men’s collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role TOTEME is looking for a full-time Store Design Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm for a parent leave cover for at least 12 months. In this role, you will coordinate production and logistics across our global store projects, ensuring orders, deliveries and shipments stay on track for store openings and refits. You will report to the Store Design and Development Director and work directly with the Store Design, Commercial and Finance Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production and logistics across store projects, continuously following up on deliveries and timelines.
  • Create and maintain production plans, set priorities, monitor progress and adjust schedules as project needs evolve.
  • Place and manage supplier orders, negotiate timelines and deliveries, and maintain regular contact to keep production on track.
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast order quantities based on upcoming store project needs.
  • Prepare order and shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to align production and deliveries with store opening priorities and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Team to track and reconcile invoices and support accurate budget forecasting.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support the development of the supplier base.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

  • Experience in production management, logistics, international shipping or a related field.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple productions, orders and shipments simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills; project management experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of production planning, logistics and shipping processes, including relevant order and customs documentation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

About You

  • A TOTEME ambassador who lives and breathes our culture and values.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and comfortable adapting to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office. It is a Parent Leave Cover for at least 12 months starting in December.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
