Sluit je aan bij ons strategisch team en help mee om de toekomst van Touring vorm te geven als Strategisch Analist.

Als lid van het Strategisch Departement ben je een echte sparringpartner voor het Directiecomité.

1. Strategisch advies met als doel het waarde­model van Touring te bestendigen

  • Je levert analyses, scenario’s en benchmarks om de beslissingen van het Directiecomité te ondersteunen.
  • Je helpt bij het definiëren en formaliseren van de middellange- en langetermijnvisie van TSA.
  • Je ontwikkelt strategische stuurinstrumenten om de realisatie van strategische doelstellingen te monitoren.

2. Strategische monitoring en innovatie

Je detecteert trends, voedt de strategische denkoefening van het bedrijf, stelt op feiten gebaseerde richtingen voor en ondersteunt prioritaire projecten.

- Actieve marktobservatie om opportuniteiten en bedreigingen te identificeren (concurrentieanalyse, evolutie van consumentengedrag, …).

- Beheer van de innovatie-pipeline:

  • Inspiratie via onze partnernetwerken (FIA + ARC), deelname aan mobiliteitsevents, …
  • Analyse en evaluatie van mogelijke evoluties.
  • Opmaak van businesscases.
  • Prioritering en aanbevelingen.
  • Coördinatie van pilootprojecten in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.

Jouw kerntaken

  • Je voert strategische analyses uit (markt, concurrentie, interne prestaties) op basis van interne en externe data.
  • Je ontwikkelt dashboards en voorspellende modellen ter ondersteuning van besluitvorming.
  • Je werkt mee aan strategische plannen en impactstudies (businesscases, simulaties, ROI).
  • Je identificeert groeikansen, optimalisaties en innovaties binnen de verschillende departementen.
  • Je begeleidt sleutelprojecten van het bedrijf (nieuwe diensten, herpositionering, strategische allianties, …) met een analytische en gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Je volgt de evoluties in de sector (mobiliteit, technologie, klantgedrag, …) op de voet.

Jij bent onze ideale collega als:

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in economie, business, engineering, data science of een gelijkwaardig domein;
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in strategie, business intelligence, data-analyse of consultancy;
  • Je bent vertrouwd met analysetools zoals Excel (gevorderd), Power BI, Tableau of gelijkaardige;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kan complexe gegevens omzetten in heldere boodschappen;
  • Je bent tweetalig FR/NL (of minstens functioneel in beide talen);
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig aan de slag;
  • Je hebt een kritische geest, een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid en de ambitie om actief bij te dragen aan de grote strategische keuzes van Touring.
