The posting

Als Technical Helpdesk Operator werk je vanuit onze kantoren in Vorst en Brussel, samen met een team van gemotiveerde collega’s ter ondersteuning van zowel interne als externe gebruikers.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Het helpen, adviseren en beantwoorden van technische vragen van onze Touring-wegenwachters tijdens hun interventies op de baan.
  • Het uitschrijven en publiceren van technische tips & tricks op basis van verkregen informatie.
  • Het behandelen van technische vragen van klanten.
  • (Eenvoudige) technische pannes per telefoon of via andere communicatiemiddelen oplossen. Hierdoor wordt vermeden dat klanten moeten wachten tot een wegenwachter ter plaatse komt om de panne te herstellen.
  • Het behandelen van inkomende oproepen met betrekking tot vragen of problemen die klanten ervaren met laadpalen voor elektrische voertuigen, en het bieden van passende ondersteuning.
  • Het verzorgen van de administratieve opvolging van technische dossiers.
  • Het uitwerken van case studies over nieuwe voertuigen.
  • Interesse hebben in innovatie, projectbeheer rond nieuwe technologieën en het mee uitwerken van technische projecten.

  • Heeft een bachelordiploma in Autotechnologie of een ander gerelateerd veld.
  • Kan technische interventies analyseren en een snel en correct diagnostisch oordeel vormen.
  • Beschikt over kennis van diagnosetechnieken, of is bereid zich hierin snel bij te scholen.
  • Heeft kennis van automechanica, elektriciteit en elektronica (dit is een pluspunt), of is gemotiveerd om deze kennis verder uit te bouwen.
  • Drukt zich professioneel uit in zowel Nederlands, Frans en Engels (must).
  • Toont een sterke teamgeest en zet zich volledig in voor het werk, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Is bereid te werken in shiften (9u - 20u) en af en toe een weekend-permanentie (1/5 weken).
