We’re looking for a dynamic and organised leader to manage our Cairns branch. If you have high energy, a passion for guest service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your next big move. What You’ll Do

Lead, recruit, train, and guide a team of guest service specialists and vehicle maintenance crew.

Manage day-to-day rental operations, ensuring vehicles are in top condition.

Review and optimise processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve KPIs.

Champion workplace health and safety.

Ensure an outstanding guest experience and resolve any guest relations issues.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Minimum 2 years’ people management experience (tourism or travel preferred).

Mechanical knowledge or aptitude.

Guest service experience and strong sales track record.

Skilled in complaint handling and conflict resolution.

Excellent time management and communication skills.

Sound computer skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Open driver licence.
