Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Destination-Employer-Branding-Initiative Paznaun - Ischgl CREW

* Planung und Umsetzung kreativer Kampagnen inklusive Foto- und Videoshootings, Storyboards und Textgestaltung

* Betreuung der CREW-Social-Media-Kanäle inklusive Content-Planung und Content-Erstellung

* Organisation und Betreuung von CREW-Kursen, Workshops und Veranstaltungen

* Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung der Tourism Games by Ischgl

* Unterstützung der touristischen Betriebe

* Zentrale Anlaufstelle für interessierte Bewerber_innen

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der destinationseigenen Jobbörse, der Website und weiterer Kommunikationskanäle

* Präsentation der Region Paznaun - Ischgl bei ausgewählten Messe- und Schulveranstaltungen

* Unterstützung bei Kooperationen und Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen sowie überregionalen Partner_innen

* Entwicklung neuer Maßnahmen zur Personalgewinnung und Personalbindung im Paznaun

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung entlang der kurz- und langfristigen Arbeitsmarkttrends

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Kreativität, Organisationstalent und Freude am selbstständigen Arbeiten

* Abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalmarketing, Employer Branding, Recruiting oder Marketing von Vorteil

* Gespür für Storytelling, Social Media und moderne Arbeitgeberkommunikation

* Interesse an digitalen Medien, Social Media und aktuellen Recruiting-Trends

* Kommunikationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterung für die Region

* Sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit und Freude am Formulieren

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieben, Bewerber_innen und Partner_innen

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Strukturiertheit, Eigenverantwortung und Engagement
