About the Employer

Our client is a fine-dining fusion restaurant in Singapore, offering guests a unique dining experience through a creative blend of Japanese, French, and Italian culinary influences. The restaurant focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverages with refined presentation and exceptional service standards.

They are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Bartender to lead their bar operations, develop creative beverage offerings, and ensure an exceptional drinking and dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient beverage service
  • Create and prepare high-quality cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, in line with the restaurant's concept
  • Develop innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal beverage offerings
  • Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and service standards
  • Supervise, train, and guide bartenders and other bar team members
  • Manage beverage inventory, stock ordering, cost control, and minimize wastage
  • Work closely with the restaurant management and service team to enhance the overall guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations

Requirements

  • Approximately 3–5 years of bartending experience
  • Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant, upscale bar, or luxury hotel environment is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique cocktails and beverage concepts
  • Ability to lead a team and independently manage daily bar operations
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
