Dein Profil

Fachlich stark, menschlich noch stärker!

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Architekturstudium - idealerweise mit Vorlageberechtigung.
  • Du bringst Motivation und Offenheit mit, Dich in die Planungsrichtlinien und Arbeitsweise von Town & Country Haus einzuarbeiten.
  • Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe liegt Dir genauso wie Organisation, Eigenverantwortung und ein klares Zeitmanagement – auch wenn es mal stressiger wird.
  • Du hast solide Kenntnisse in MS Office (v. a. Excel, MS Project), CAD und idealerweise auch erste Erfahrungen mit AVA-Programmen.
  • Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift.
  • Teamarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich – aber Du kannst genauso gut selbstständig arbeiten und Verantwortung übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

Mitgestalten statt verwalten!

  • Du übernimmst eigenständig die technische Planung in den Leistungsphasen 2–5 HOAI – vom ersten Entwurf bis zur Ausführungsplanung unserer Ein-, Doppel- und Reihenhäuser.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Vertriebsteam prüfst Du die bau- und planungsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen für die Umsetzung unserer Bauvorhaben.
  • Du gehst auf die individuellen Wünsche unserer Kund*innen ein und passt unsere Haustypen entsprechend an – kreativ, lösungsorientiert und stets im Dialog.
  • Als zentrale Ansprechperson für planungsrelevante Themen koordinierst Du intern wie extern – ob mit Kolleg*innen, Partnerunternehmen oder Behörden.
