  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits erste Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position sammeln.
  • Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten liegt dir ebenso wie der souveräne Umgang mit komplexen Abläufen – auch wenn’s mal turbulent wird.
  • Du denkst mit, kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert und trittst stets professionell und freundlich auf – intern wie extern.
  • Mit MS Office bist du sicher unterwegs und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Tools und digitale Prozesse einzuarbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Hier gestaltest du mit – strukturiert, vorausschauend und verantwortungsvoll.

  • Du bist die rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung– organisierst Termine, bereitest Besprechungen vor und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand– als Schnittstelle zwischen Team, Geschäftsleitung und externen Partnern.
  • Du gestaltest aktiv mit – bringst dich in Projekte und interne Prozesse ein und unterstützt bei strategischen Aufgaben.
  • Du sorgst für problemlose Abläufe – sei es bei der Korrespondenz, der Datenpflege oder der Planung von Veranstaltungen und Messen.
