Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder eine Qualifikation als Meister im Bauhandwerk (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung mit als Bauleiter in der Altbausanierung in Berlin
  • Erfahrungen in der Kalkulation und Steuerung von Sanierungsprojekten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie im Umgang mit Mietern in Bestandsgebäuden
  • Netzwerk an Handwerkern, die innerhalb des Berliner S-Bahn-Rings in der Altbausanierung arbeiten wollen
  • eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • sicheres Gespür für Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein verbindliches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten – auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für verschiedene Altbausanierung innerhalb des Berliner S-Bahn-Rings.
  • Das Aufgabenspektrum umfasst die punktuelle Sanierung von Einzelwohnungen sowie Gewerbeeinheiten in bewohnten Mehrfamilienhäusern, Strangsanierungen sowie die vollständige energetische Sanierung der Gebäudehülle (z.B. KfW 70).
  • Zusammen mit einem Team von Bauleitern, Architekten und Projektleitern leiten Sie mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig. Sie stellen die Projekte im Rahmen von vereinbarten Zeiten und Kosten qualitativ hochwertig fertig.
  • Sie erstellen Bauablaufpläne, koordinieren Gewerke und stellen sicher, dass Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben eingehalten werden; Sie überwachen den Baufortschritt und führen Bauabnahmen durch.
  • Sie kommunizieren Sanierungsmaßnahmen an Mieter, erläutern den Bauablauf und koordinieren die zeitliche Planung.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der wirtschaftlichen Bewertung von Baumaßnahmen, prüfen das Aufmaß und nehmen die Rechnungsprüfung der Handwerker eigenverantwortlich vor.
  • Sie sind in der Lage, ein Team von eigenen gewerblichen Mitarbeitern anzuleiten, zu überwachen, und flexibel auf verschiedenen Baustellen einzusetzen.
