Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit: deine Erfahrung zählt!

  • Abgeschlossene Qualifikation als Meister im Bauhandwerk, Bauingenieur oder Bautechniker.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und Projektsteuerung im Hausbau.
  • Organisationstalent und ein sicheres Gespür für Kosten- und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region.
  • Ein freundliches und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten – auch in stressigen Situationen.

Deine Aufgaben

Hier kannst du Verantwortung übernehmen!

  • Planen & Steuern: Du erstellst Bauablaufpläne, koordinierst die Gewerke und stellst sicher, dass Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben eingehalten werden.
  • Kommunizieren: Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Handwerksbetriebe, Kunden und interne Teams – immer lösungsorientiert und professionell.
  • Kontrollieren: Du überwachst den Fortschritt auf unseren Baustellen, führst Bauabnahmen mit den Bauherren durch und dokumentierst alles sorgfältig.
  • Kundenorientierung: Auch bei Gewährleistungsmängeln bleibst du der Vermittler, der pragmatische Lösungen findet.
