Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als Hauskaufberater (m/w/d) im Raum Cottbus – ob mit Vertriebserfahrung, aus der Immobilienbranche oder als motivierter Quereinsteiger. Entscheidend ist Deine Begeisterung für Menschen, Beratung und Vertrieb.

  • Freude am Vertrieb hast und zielorientiert arbeitest
  • Dich für Hausbau, Wohnen und Immobilien begeisterst
  • unternehmerisch denkst und selbstständig arbeiten möchtest
  • offen für Weiterentwicklung und digitale Tools bist

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zum Traumhaus:

  • Du berätst Interessenten von der ersten Idee bis zur Kaufentscheidung.
  • Du erstellst individuelle Exposés.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Grundstückssuche.
  • Du baust ein regionales Netzwerk mit Maklern, Finanzierern und weiteren Partnern auf und pflegst dieses aktiv.
