  • Mehrjährige Berufs-, Führungs- oder unternehmerische Erfahrung
  • Unternehmergeist und den Wunsch nach Selbstständigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Qualitäts- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft, sich persönlich und finanziell in Ihr eigenes Unternehmen einzubringen

Deine Aufgaben

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Sie führen Ihr eigenes Bauunternehmen und entwickeln das bestehende Geschäft in der Region weiter.
  • Sie nutzen unternehmerische Freiheit und profitieren gleichzeitig von einem etablierten System und einer starken Marke.
  • Sie führen und entwickeln Mitarbeitende sowie Partner.
  • Sie bauen den Vertrieb in Ihrer Region gezielt weiter aus.
  • Sie begleiten Bauherrenfamilien auf dem Weg in die eigenen vier Wände.
