Für die Region Landkreis Ostholstein, Kreis Plön, Kreis Segeberg, Kreis Stormarn, Herzogtum Lauenburg und Kiel suchen wir Dich als Grundstücksreferent (m/w/d) als Nebengewerbe oder auf Provisionsbasis. Mit Deinem Engagement unterstützt Du uns beim Ausbau unseres Grundstücksportfolios und schaffst die Grundlage für viele neue Zuhause.

Dein Profil

  • Gute regionale Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Grundstücks- oder Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Eine Ausbildung im Bereich Immobilien, Bau, Vermessung oder Verwaltung, z. B. als Vermessungstechniker (m/w/d), Immobilienkaufmann / -frau (m/w/d) oder mit vergleichbarem Hintergrund ist wünschenswert
  • Gerne auch Berufserfahrene oder Ruheständler aus Kataster-, Bauämtern oder Notariaten, die ihr Wissen bei uns einbringen möchten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office und den gängigen Immobilienportalen sowie Führerschein Klasse B

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du recherchierst aktiv Baugebiete und Grundstücke in der Region – online und vor Ort.
  • Du bewertest Lage, Größe, Bebaubarkeit und Preis-Leistung und erkennst Potenziale auf den ersten Blick.
  • Du sprichst Eigentümer*innen, Städte und Gemeinden gezielt an und baust ein starkes Netzwerk auf.
  • Du pflegst unsere Grundstücksdatenbank und hältst die Online-Angebote aktuell.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Hauskaufberater*innen und der Geschäftsführung zusammen.
