Zur Unterstützung unserer Projekte suchen wir dich als Projektmanager (m/w/d) im technischen Innendienst an unserem Standort in Landsberg am Lech.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit – Organisationstalent trifft technisches Verständnis.

  • Fachlich sattelfest: Du hast eine bautechnische Ausbildung – z. B. als Bautechniker oder Handwerksmeister – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung im Hausbau.
  • Organisationsstark: Du liebst klare Abläufe, planst vorausschauend und behältst auch bei parallelen Projekten stets den Überblick.
  • Kommunikativ verbindlich: Du trittst souverän und freundlich auf und findest auch in herausfordernden Situationen die richtigen Worte.
  • Digital aufgeschlossen: MS Office beherrschst du sicher, neue Softwarelösungen im Bereich Projekt- oder Baumanagement siehst du als Chance, nicht als Hürde
  • Teamorientiert mit Eigenantrieb: Du arbeitest gern im Austausch mit anderen, übernimmst Verantwortung und bringst dich mit Ideen aktiv ins Tagesgeschäft ein.

Deine Aufgaben

Hier gestaltest du deinen abwechslungsreichen Job mit – strukturiert, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert.

  • Projektkoordination: Du steuerst den Ablauf unserer Hausbauprojekte – von der Kaufvertragsannahme bis zur Hausübergabe – und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen Bauherren, Team und externen Partner*innen.
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Projektbeteiligten, koordinierst Termine und stellst sicher, dass Unterlagen vollständig und fristgerecht vorliegen.
  • Ausführungsplanung: Du bist fit in CAD-Programmen (Archicad) und erstellst die Werkpläne für unsere Projekte und koordinierst die Fachplaner.
  • Daten- und Systempflege: Du verwaltest die Projekte in unserem Managementsystem, pflegst die relevanten Daten und behältst stets den Überblick.
  • Kaufmännische Unterstützung: Du überwachst Ratenzahlungen, Zusatzvereinbarungen und Rechnungsprozesse und unterstützt bei der Organisation von Hausübergaben.
  • Administrative Entlastung: Du hältst unseren Bauleiter*innen den Rücken frei, übernimmst den Schriftverkehr und sorgst für eine zuverlässige interne Organisation.
