Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich als Hausverkäufer (m/w/d) im Raum sächsische Schweiz-Ostergebirge mit dem Arbeitsort in Bannewitz Nähe Dresden. Ob mit Vertriebserfahrung, aus der Immobilienbranche oder als motivierter Quereinsteiger. Wichtig ist Deine Begeisterung für Menschen, Beratung und Vertrieb.

Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere Kunden auf dem Weg zum Traumhaus:

  • Beratung von der ersten Idee bis zur Kaufentscheidung
  • Durchführung von Musterhaus- und Objektbesichtigungen
  • Erstellung individueller Exposés
  • Unterstützung bei der Grundstückssuche
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Marketingmaßnahmen
