The posting

Town Creek Dental is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Practice Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our busy dental office in Salisbury, NC. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent patient care while ensuring smooth practice management.

You'll do:

  • Coach the team and hold everyone accountable
  • Oversee scheduling, insurance verification, and collections
  • Present treatment plans to patients
  • Work with our Regional Director to solve operational challenges

You bring:

  • 2+ years of dental experience preferred
  • Leadership experience managing a team
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and benefit breakdowns
  • Clear communicator with both staff and patients
