Job Details Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $23 hour.

Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan.

Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0654 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 136 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

SUMMARY

The Lobby Ambassador is responsible for welcoming and greeting hotel guests and patrons to the hotel in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner. This role collaborates directly with the front office to ensure an engaging and hospitable environment for all hotel guests and visitors. The work schedule for this position varies based on business needs and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:

  • N/A

Work Experience:

  • Hospitality experience and/or customer/guest service experience preferred.
  • Related guest service experience and/or training; Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to read and write standard English.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Experience handling and de-escalating guest concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and hotel management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff and VIP clients.

Authority to Act:
