  • Participate in regular design reviews to maintain engineering standards and promote effective communication across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (manufacturing, quality, purchasing, testing, and supply chain) to ensure designs meet cost, quality, manufacturability, and delivery targets.
  • Partner with the testing organization to define test plans, criteria, and pass/fail requirements for prototype and validation testing.
  • Develop and maintain simultaneous engineering documentation, including DFMEAs, bills of materials (BOMs), and engineering change orders/instructions.
  • Plan, manage, and execute component development schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines and milestones.
  • Act as the design lead on a project with minimal direction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years experience in Product Design/Development, preferably in New Product Development
  • 3D CAD (Creo preferred) and PDM system experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical ability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
