The posting

Qualifications:

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Ability to handle electrical aspects as well, demonstrating double competency.

Experience:

  • Skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician with minimum 5 years of experience with AWS, ASRS systems, automated conveyor systems, and AMC/O&M services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ASRS, conveyors, cranes, hoists, and other mechanical equipment.
  • Execute PM, O&M, inspections, and breakdown support at customer sites.
  • Handle O&M shift activities, reporting, and customer coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and spare-parts teams for issue resolution.
  • Provide PAN India stop-gap O&M support as required.
  • Prepare RCA, Why-Why analysis, SOPs, and maintenance reports.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and continuous equipment operation.
  • Maintain timesheets and support on-call/overtime requirements, including work at heights/confined spaces.
