The posting

Toyota of Stroudsburg

Take pride in the details. Keep repairs moving. Make a difference on our team.

Toyota of Stroudsburg Parts department is looking for an organized, dependable Parts Coordinator who understands that a quality repair starts with having the right parts, in the right condition, at the right time.

In this role, you’ll work closely with estimators, technicians, and vendors to support complete repairs, reduce delays, and help customers get back on the road. Bring a willingness to learn, a commitment to accuracy, and pride in supporting the people around you.

Our Core Values in Action

Our values guide how we work, solve problems, and treat people every day:

  • Honesty: Communicate clearly about parts availability, pricing, and delays. Own mistakes, address them promptly, and build trust through accurate documentation and follow-through.
  • Willingness to Help Others: Support technicians, estimators, and fellow team members. Share information, anticipate needs, and help solve problems that affect the repair process.
  • Always Does the Right Thing: Follow repair requirements and parts procedures, protect customer trust, and make sound decisions—even when no one is watching.
  • Passion for Excellence: Take pride in accurate orders, complete quotes, organized inventory, and continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to Customer, Team and Community: Show up ready to give your best effort, treat others with respect, and help deliver repairs that reflect well on our dealership and the community we serve.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately identify, quote, and order parts based on repair plans, including required clips, fasteners, and one-time-use components.
  • Coordinate with estimators and technicians to confirm parts needs and communicate changes throughout the repair.
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts for accuracy, damage, and completeness; compare replacement parts with damaged parts when appropriate.
  • Label and organize parts by repair order, keeping storage areas accurate, accessible, and ready for production.
  • Deliver or stage parts for technicians according to repair schedules and job status.
  • Track special orders and backorders, follow up with vendors, and promptly communicate delays to the appropriate team members.
  • Ensure every part issued is accurately billed or documented on the correct repair order.
  • Process unused, incorrect, damaged, warranty, and core returns promptly, and follow through on outstanding credits.
  • Follow applicable warranty parts retention, labeling, and return procedures.
  • Monitor inventory and shop supplies, report shortages, and assist with inventory accuracy and lost-sales tracking.
  • Respond professionally to parts inquiries and provide accurate pricing and availability information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized department and help identify ways to reduce errors and repair delays.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Automotive parts or collision repair experience preferred, but not required.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Disability and life insurance.
  • Supplemental insurance options.
  • 401(k).
  • Paid time off.

If you take pride in getting the details right and helping your team succeed, apply to join Toyota of Stroudsburg Collision Center.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
