Como Gerente Industrial, você será responsável por liderar a nossa operação na indústria de plástico e papel, assegurando a eficiência dos processos produtivos e a qualidade dos produtos, sempre alinhado à nossa missão de preservar a vida e cuidar do meio ambiente. Buscamos um profissional comprometido com a sustentabilidade e que tenha expertise em gestão industrial. Você terá um papel fundamental na implementação de técnicas de reciclagem e na introdução de soluções inovadoras para a produção. Principais responsabilidades: - Gerir o processo produtivo, garantindo eficiência, qualidade e cumprimento de metas. - Liderar e desenvolver uma equipe multidisciplinar, formada por operadores, técnicos e supervisores. - Monitorar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (OEE, produtividade, refugo) para promover melhorias contínuas. - Apoiar o planejamento de manutenção e gerenciar recursos produtivos de forma eficaz. - Assegurar a conformidade com normas de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente. - Trabalhar em colaboração com a diretoria, elaborando relatórios e planos de ação estratégicos.

REQUISITOS INDISPENSÁVEIS: - Formação superior em Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Polímeros ou áreas afins. - Experiência comprovada em indústrias de transformação plástica, preferencialmente em ambientes com mais de 50 injetoras. - Domínio em processos de injeção termoplástica, mecânica e ferramentaria. - Conhecimento em Lean Manufacturing, ferramentas da qualidade e ERP. - Experiência no ramo de Plásticos. - Perfil analítico e forte capacidade de liderança, com foco em resultados.

REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS: - Pós-graduação em áreas industriais ou gestão. - Experiência com certificações ISO.
