Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst Produktanforderungen und Spezifikationen, um eine ganzheitliche Teststrategie sowie detaillierte Testpläne zu entwickeln und die Testressourcen effizient zu verteilen.
  • Du leitest dein Team bei funktionalen Tests, Leistungstests, Kompatibilitätstests, Sicherheitstests und Stresstests an, mit dem Ziel, eine hohe Testabdeckung und Produktqualität sicherzustellen.
  • Du identifizierst Schwächen bestehender Produkte und leitest gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab, damit unsere Lösungen optimal auf die Anforderungen des deutschen Marktes abgestimmt sind.
  • Du koordinierst die Lösung von Kompatibilitätsproblemen zwischen Festnetzgeräten und deutschen Netzbetreibern und sorgst für eine reibungslose Marktintegration.
  • Du förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Teammitglieder durch gezieltes Coaching und stärkst ihre technischen Kompetenzen sowie ihre Umsetzungskraft.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und Projektmanagement zusammen, nimmst an Design-Reviews teil und bringst dich aktiv in Lösungsdiskussionen ein, um Risiken frühzeitig zu erkennen.
  • Du verbesserst kontinuierlich die Testprozesse und Qualitätsstandards und entwickelst bestehende Testframeworks und -methoden weiter.
  • Du bleibst stets auf dem neuesten Stand in Bezug auf Testtechnologien, Testmethoden und Branchenstandards und sicherst so die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit deines Teams im Bereich Festnetz- und Routertests.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
  • Du verfügst über nachweisliche Erfahrung im Testen von Festnetztechnologien (DSL/GPON) und hast bereits Projekte eigenverantwortlich geleitet.
  • Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Testen von Netzwerkgeräten mit – insbesondere im Bereich Router – und hast davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungs- oder Projektleitungsrolle gearbeitet.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in TCP/IP, VoIP, Multicast und Wi-Fi-Protokollen sowie ein solides technisches Verständnis im Bereich Netzwerktests.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Netzwerktest-Tools wie Netzwerk-Analysatoren, Traffic-Generatoren und Protokoll-Analysatoren.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und effektiv, arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend und kannst Teams auch in einem internationalen Umfeld souverän führen.
  • Du hast bereits erfolgreich Testprozesse optimiert und die Qualität von Produkten nachhaltig verbessert.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch.
