Se você deseja crescer conosco e garantir a excelência da nossa frota, essa vaga é para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Analista de Frota, você será o ponto focal do controle e gestão operacional de toda a nossa frota de veículos (de leves a pesados), garantindo máxima disponibilidade, segurança e otimização de custos.Gerenciar os planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva de toda a frota (veículos leves, utilitários e pesados).Controlar indicadores operacionais da frota: consumo de combustível, custo por quilômetro rodado (CPK), disponibilidade da frota e tempo de parada (downtime).Acompanhar e emitir documentações rodoviárias e regulatórias (IPVA, licenciamento, cronotacógrafo, multas, sinistros e seguros).Gerir contratos e relacionamento com fornecedores credenciados (oficinas, postos de combustível, rastreadores e sistemistas).Controlar e auditar o uso de telemetria, rastreamento e sistemas de gestão de frota.Apoiar na gestão do perfil e comportamento dos condutores/motoristas, promovendo a conscientização sobre condução segura e econômica.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e relatórios financeiros de custos frotistas para suporte à tomada de decisão da liderança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada em gestão e controle de frotas (veículos leves e pesados).Domínio de planilhas de controle e indicadores de frota (Excel intermediário a avançado).Conhecimento em rotinas de manutenção mecânica e legislação de trânsito/transporte.Vivência com sistemas ERP operacionais e softwares de rastreamento/telemetria.CNH ativa (categoria B no mínimo; desejável categoria C ou D).Excelente capacidade de negociação, organização e foco em resolução de problemas.Diferenciais:Conhecimento prévio no ERP TOTVS (Protheus) ou WinThor.Treinamento ou vivência prévia em Direção Defensiva / Condução Econômica.Informações adicionaisVale-Alimentação / Refeição.Vale-Transporte ou Auxílio-Combustível.Plano de Saúde e Odontológico.Desconto exclusivo em produtos e colchões da rede.Oportunidade real de desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional em um ambiente colaborativo.
