Buscamos um profissional para gerar economia e excelência na gestão de compras das Sócias, por meio de negociações estratégicas, desenvolvimento de fornecedores e identificação de oportunidades de negócio. Será responsável por garantir as melhores condições comerciais, acompanhar pedidos e entregas, monitorar indicadores e prestar suporte às Sócias, contribuindo para a eficiência, qualidade e inovação no mercado hospitalar.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a Gestão da Compra das Sócias, assegurando que os produtos sejam entregues dentro das condições pré-estabeleciadas com as Sócias e Fornecedores (prazo de entrega, integridade e preço);Desenvolver e qualificar fornecedores, avaliando sua capacidade em cumprir os requisitos exigidos no manual de fornecedores; Desenvolver novos fornecedores, visando as melhores condições de preços, qualidade, prazos de pagamento e entrega;Realizar negociações com fornecedores, a fim de ampliar a economia para as Sócias;Monitorar e manter atualizado os indicadores, planos de ação e fluxos pertinentes a área/programa;Estabelecer a comunicação com as Sócias, primando pelo bom atendimento nos retornos, cotações, esclarecimentos de dúvidas e disseminação do processo de compras de forma transparente;Acompanhar o andamento dos pedidos após o fechamento, a fim de garantir as entregas conforme solicitado;Manter-se atualizado com as informações pertinentes ao mercado hospitalar, oportunizando novos produtos, tendências, economia e inovação para as Sócias;Prestar suporte de informações para a confecção da LPM (Lista de Preços de Mercado);Zelar pela utilização e aplicação das Políticas de Segurança da Informação e LGPD;Manter organizados e atualizados os arquivos da área;Primar pela qualidade global da empresa, sugerindo melhorias ou correção nos processos e/ou procedimentos adotados para execução das atividades;Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, observando demandas internas e/ou determinações do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesOBRIGATÓRIO:Ensino Superior em AndamentoExperiência em compras de materiais e insumos hospitalares, negociação com fornecedores e gestão de pedidosConhecimento em negociação de preços, prazos de pagamento e condições de entregaConhecimento em Excel e acompanhamento de indicadoresHabilidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento com fornecedores e clientes internosDESEJÁVEL:Ensino Superior CompletoVivência com desenvolvimento, prospecção e qualificação de fornecedoresConhecimento em gestão de indicadores e planos de açãoExperiência na identificação de oportunidades de economia e melhoria de processosConhecimento em sistemas ERP e ferramentas de gestão de compras
