Confeccionar contratos, aditivos, propostas que não caracterizem negociação e termos pertinentes a área. Dar suporte ao negociador PME. Realizar o acompanhamento e conferência dos contratos renovados no mês de ação. Identificar CNPJS irregulares. Enviar declaração de portabilidade para contratos cancelados. Identificar os contratos cancelados aptos para reativação e negociar a retenção. Administrar os contratos classificados como empresário individual. Atender as demandas registradas pelos canais de reclamações/sugestões. Registrar o extrato pormenorizado. Enviar os contratos para digitalização e arquivo total.Descrição Detalhada: Realizar atendimento ao contratante/beneficiários por e-mail, telefone e presencial de acordo com as demandas – reclamações como problemas no portal SGU e orientações de acesso, autorização de atendimento, cartão, APP, faturas, demandas de faturamento, entrevistas, tabelas de preços, relatórios de utilização, reativações etc.;Confeccionar propostas para migração contratual que não caracterizem negociação e apoiar o negociador, quando necessário;Confeccionar contratos para inclusão de acomodação, novo plano, CNPJ e migração contratual;Confeccionar aditivo de alteração de vencimento, admissão, termos de inequívoco e LGPD, bem como qualquer outro documento necessário para atualização/alteração contratual;Realizar a conferência e acompanhamento dos contratos renovados no mês de ação;Consultar os CNPJS de acordo com o mês de ação e enviar a notificação para os CNPJ´s irregulares ou que não atendem a RN 557;Enviar a declaração para todos os contratos cancelados (por família);Identificar os contratos cancelados aptos para reativação e negociar a retenção, bem como os contratos inadimplentes;Implantar novos contratos por e-mail, telefone e presencial, quando necessário;Identificar os contratos classificados como empresário individual e realizar a retenção dos documentos exigidos pela RN 557;Atender as reclamações/solicitações registradas pelo fale conosco, ouvidoria, reclame aqui e Workflow;Registrar o extrato pormenorizado a fim de manter as informações necessárias para atendimento a RN 509;Dar suporte aos setores SEJUR e SERANS quanto as demandas de NIP’s registradas;Enviar declaração do ressarcimento ao SUS para apoio ao SERANS;Enviar os contratos físicos para o GED para digitalização e para o arquivo total;Realizar outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo, de acordo com a orientação do gestor da área.Requisitos e qualificações 🟢 Vaga: 12795861 – Assistente de Relacionamento Empresarial – Relacionamento Empresarial🎓 Requisitos necessários:Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office.Ensino Superior cursando em Administração ou áreas afins.🧠 Competências e conhecimentos desejados:Agilidade e boa digitação;Bom relacionamento interpessoal;Postura formal e cordialidade;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Comunicação clara e foco no atendimento ao cliente.📍 Local e jornada de trabalho:UNIMED-GOIÂNIA – Central Administrativa, Av.
