  • Gather and analyze seller feedback, workflow observations, and productivity data to identify barriers to selling effectiveness.
  • Measure and monitor seller satisfaction and experience across regions, segments, and roles.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of seller productivity opportunities and improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement, Documentation, and Adoption

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline sales processes, reduce administrative burden, and improve seller productivity.
  • Evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation, standards, and governance practices across Revenue Operations.
  • Drive successful rollout, training, and adoption of new processes, tools, and capabilities.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for seller-facing process and technology improvements.

Measurement and Baselines

  • Define and maintain key performance indicators related to seller productivity, adoption, effectiveness, and experience.
  • Develop reporting and performance benchmarks to track the impact of Revenue Operations initiatives.
  • Measure and communicate realized business value, including productivity gains, process efficiencies, and adoption outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve sales execution.

Onboarding, Ramp, and Certification

  • Partner with POH, Sales Leadership, and IT to continuously improve the new seller onboarding and ramp experience.
  • Develop frameworks, measurements, and programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new sellers.
  • Support role-based enablement, certification, and readiness programs aligned with sales motions and business objectives.
  • Monitor ramp effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on performance data and seller feedback.

Change Management

  • Lead change management efforts for Revenue Operations initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and sustained behavioral change.
  • Develop communication, training, and reinforcement strategies that maximize seller engagement and utilization.
  • Serve as a seller advocate in cross-functional decision making, ensuring seller productivity and experience are considered in prioritization and trade-off discussions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
