The posting

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) professional with a strong track record in recruitment and proactive sourcing? Do you enjoy advising hiring managers, navigating challenging talent markets and finding specialist talent that is hard to reach? Would you like to help shape TA in a growing, international technology company?

Trackman is looking for an experienced TA Specialist to join our HR team at our headquarters in Hørsholm. TA is a newly established dedicated function within HR at Trackman. We are a small and collaborative team with responsibility for recruitment across the organisation.

Because we are a small team, everyone plays an important role. You will have a high degree of ownership and independence while working closely with your TA colleagues and the wider HR team. We are looking for someone who brings solid experience, can confidently run recruitment processes and sourcing activities independently, and is ready to contribute with ideas and best practices from day one.

You will join us at an exciting stage where we are continuing to develop our TA function, strengthen our sourcing capabilities and build more scalable ways of working. What you will be doing

You will take ownership of recruitment processes and partner closely with hiring managers across the recruitment lifecycle, with a particular focus on identifying and engaging talent for specialist and hard-to-fill positions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive recruitment processes in close collaboration with hiring managers, advising on candidate profiles, recruitment strategy, processes and market conditions.
  • Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical profiles.
  • Ensure smooth and effective recruitment operations, from engaging job ads to well-managed candidate pipelines in our ATS, Recruitee.
  • Ensure a strong and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Continuously improve our TA processes and ways of working, including exploring how AI and automation can increase quality and efficiency.

What we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced TA professional with a strong recruitment foundation, demonstrated experience in proactive sourcing and a strong passion for the field. You are confident running recruitment processes independently, know how to navigate challenging searches and are comfortable acting as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers.

We imagine that you:

  • Bring several years of solid hands-on experience within TA or recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing.
  • Have a proven track record of managing recruitment processes from defining the profile and recruitment strategy to sourcing, assessment and closing.
  • Know how to identify, approach and engage passive candidates, particularly for specialist and hard-to-fill profiles.
  • Are confident advising and challenging hiring managers on candidate profiles, recruitment strategy, talent markets and hiring decisions.
  • Can manage multiple recruitment processes and priorities while keeping things moving forward.
  • Bring experience and perspectives that can contribute to developing and improving TA practices and ways of working.
  • Have a strong focus on candidate experience and quality.
  • Are curious about AI, automation and new TA technologies and how they can improve recruitment.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English.

Experience recruiting within technology/engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement.
