  • Participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues across development and product teams
  • Contributing to quality initiatives that help us continuously improve our products

You will gain hands-on experience with software development processes, quality assurance practices, defect reporting, and modern collaboration tools used in professional product development environments.

  • Have an interest in software, technology, or digital products
  • Enjoy learning new systems and tools
  • Are structured and pay attention to details
  • Like collaborating with others and communicating your observations clearly
  • Take responsibility for your tasks and are comfortable working independently when needed
  • Have good English communication skills, both written and spoken

Most importantly, you are curious, motivated to learn, and enjoy understanding how things work.

It Is a Plus If You Have Experience With

Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes. These are simply nice-to-have skills that you can also learn while working with us:

  • Basic understanding of websites, web applications, or software development
  • Experience working with technical tools or systems
  • Interest in software testing, quality assurance, or product quality
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar collaboration tools

What We Offer

At Trackman, you will join a team of passionate colleagues who are eager to share their knowledge and help you grow professionally.

We offer:

  • Practical experience within software quality assurance and product development
  • Mentorship and support from experienced QA professionals
  • Insight into how innovative software products are developed and maintained
  • A flexible student position that works alongside your studies
  • A modern workplace with excellent facilities at our headquarters in Hørsholm
  • Great colleagues, social activities, and plenty of opportunities to learn and develop

The position is expected to be 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and study commitments. The role is primarily based at our office in Hørsholm.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
