Objetivo del puesto

Liderea y/o supervisa las tareas de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería de Mantenimiento, incluidos los proyectos mecánicos, eléctricos y de Infraestructura en toda la instalación del Inmueble.

Roles y Responsabilidades

  • Administrar, organizar y desarrollar al equipo de técnicos de mantenimiento (evaluación de competencias, planes de capacitación y distribución de turnos/guardias).
  • Planificar y ejecutar el mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo tanto de las instalaciones/facilities (HVAC, electricidad, compresores) como de los equipos de producción (maquinaria Laser, Soldadora de punto Amada, impresoras Mimaki, etc.). Conocimiento en sistemas de mantenimiento.
  • Control de presupuestos, gestión de inventarios de refacciones críticas (MRO) y relación con proveedores/servicios externos especializados.
  • Monitoreo y reporte de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) del departamento.
  • Coordinar implementación de metodología y procedimientos de mejora continua para mantenimiento.
  • Coordinar con el responsable de seguridad las acciones del mantenimiento de la maquinaria, equipos de trabajo e instalaciones eliminado condiciones inseguras para evitar accidentes.
  • Establecer los sistemas computarizados y mecanismos que le permitan monitorear el desempeño de los equipos.
  • Hacer cumplir las políticas y prácticas de mantenimiento, realizando los ajustes necesarios a la estructura interna del departamento.
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos legales, del Sistema de Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Medio ambiente aplicables.
  • Atender los entrenamientos a los cuales es programado.
  • Llevar a cabo cualquier otra actividad asignada por su jefe directo.

Requerimientos

  • Carrera terminada en Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o Industrial.
  • Mínimo 5 a 7 años de experiencia liderando departamentos de mantenimiento en plantas manufactureras/industriales.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de equipos de técnicos e ingenieros de mantenimiento.
  • Liderazgo de personal, toma de decisiones bajo presión, análisis de causa raíz (5 Porqués, Fishbone) y KPIs de mantenimiento (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Disponibilidad).
  • Conocimiento técnico deseable/específico:
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo y correctivo de maquinaria de Láser Engraving Machine (deseable marca Omtech o similar), Soldadura de punto (deseable marca Amada o similar).
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de equipos de impresión industrial/digital (deseable marca Mimaki o similar).
  • Conocimiento en Baja y Media Tensión.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de personal técnico (evaluaciones de desempeño, programación de turnos, desarrollo de competencias, resolución de conflictos).

Otras habilidades requeridas

  • Manejo de Office y Aplicaciones de Google (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
  • Bilingüe (español-ingles) Preferentemente
  • Conocimientos avanzados en electrónica, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Control Eléctrico, Electricidad, Industrial.
  • Análisis estadístico de datos preferentemente.
