The Role

At TrackStreet, our Revenue Operations team keeps the entire customer lifecycle - from first pipeline touch through renewal - running on clean data and reliable systems. We're hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day administration of our sales systems and processes, with an emphasis on HubSpot CRM management, quote-to-cash support, commission administration, and revenue reporting.

This is a hands-on operational role for someone who's energized by fixing the small things that add up: a broken workflow, a mismatched property, a report that doesn't tie out. You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, ensuring that deals move cleanly through HubSpot and DealHub, that commission calculations are accurate and auditable, and that the data leadership relies on for pipeline and revenue decisions is trustworthy.

You'll also play a role in the handoffs that happen after a deal closes - supporting renewal tracking, account reassignments, and the account health and churn reporting that keep our retention motion on solid ground. This isn't a support-ticket role; it's a systems and process role where accuracy and follow-through directly protect revenue. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Sales Systems Administration

● Own day-to-day configuration of HubSpot: properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and territory assignment logic

● Maintain data hygiene across Companies, Contacts, and Deals - including deduplication, lifecycle stage accuracy, and ownership assignment

● Troubleshoot workflow issues (e.g., incorrect owner assignment, enrollment logic, lead scoring) and partner with Marketing/RevOps on root-cause fixes

● Support DealHub (CPQ) configuration and the contract creation process, including DocuSign preparation and deal desk workflows Sales Reporting & Analytics

● Build and maintain dashboards and reports across HubSpot and internal BI tools to track pipeline, bookings, forecast, and rep activity

● Own or support the weekly pipeline review process, including data exports, report generation, and presentation prep for leadership

● Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting for board meetings and leadership reviews (bookings, pipeline creation, forecast accuracy)

Commission & Compensation Administration

● Maintain the Airtable Sales Ops base: compensation plans, quota setup, commission statements, and manual override logic

● Support new sales rep onboarding into the commission system, and respond to day-to-day sales comp questions

● Ensure commission calculations reflect current plan rules (bookings, retention/NRR bonuses, referral and partner payments)

Revenue Lifecycle, Renewals & Account Health

● Maintain accurate renewal, auto-renew, and contract data across HubSpot and Airtable, correcting discrepancies as they arise

● Support churn and retention reporting - churn reason tracking, churned/churning account visibility, and account health score integrity

● Manage account reassignment and ownership logic as accounts transition between Sales, Account Management, and Support/Service teams

● Partner with CS and AM teams on the data and reporting needed to prioritize retention and expansion conversations

Process Automation & Data Integration

● Build and maintain Make automations connecting HubSpot, Airtable, and Slack/Asana

● Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors between systems to prevent data drift

● Document processes and playbooks so improvements are repeatable and scalable

● Document playbooks, learnings, and process improvements to scale outbound sustainably

Cross-Functional Support

● Build and maintain Make automations connecting HubSpot, Airtable, and Slack/Asana

● Serve as a go-to resource for AEs, AMs, and CSMs on CRM questions, data issues, and process guidance

● Collaborate with Finance on billing data accuracy and reporting alignment

What You’ll Drive

● Cleaner, more automated lead-to-cash flow between HubSpot and DealHub

● Improved accuracy and auditability of commission calculations

● More reliable renewal and churn reporting to support proactive retention efforts

● Reduced manual work and improved data accuracy by combining Make workflows, AI tooling and automation, and proactive error monitoring

● Stronger cross-team alignment on account ownership and lifecycle stage accuracy

Qualifications

● 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations in B2B SaaS

● Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflows, properties, and reporting

● Experience with Airtable or similar relational database tools for operational or financial tracking

● Comfort working with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, or similar)

● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; able to build and maintain reports independently

● Detail-oriented with a strong data hygiene mindset — comfortable owning problems end-to-end

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS

● Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to support data analysis, documentation, and drive efficiency across GTM and RevOps processes

● Nice-to-have:

○ Experience with a CPQ tool (DealHub or similar)

○ Exposure to sales commission/compensation calculations

○ Familiarity with SQL

○ Experience supporting renewals or account management processes

Why Join Us?

● Be the Systems Backbone: Your work directly protects data integrity across the revenue funnel - from first touch to renewal.

● High Visibility, High Trust: You'll operate close to leadership reporting and compensation, with real ownership over what you build.

● Cross-Functional Exposure: Work daily with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success - a great seat for someone who likes variety and wants to

understand how a SaaS revenue engine really works, end to end.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
