Bij Tracs Systems zijn we op zoek naar een Medior IT Engineer die remote en op locatie bij klanten technische uitdagingen aanpakt. Jij wordt dé schakel tussen onze IT-oplossingen en tevreden klanten.

Wat ga je doen?

Elke dag is anders, maar dit zijn jouw kernactiviteiten:

  • Systeem- en netwerkbeheer: Je zorgt ervoor dat de Microsoft 365 & IT-infrastructuren van onze klanten optimaal presteren en beheert zowel on-premise als cloudomgevingen.
  • Klanten ondersteunen: Of het nu gaat om een adviesgesprek of hands-on troubleshooting, jij helpt klanten met een glimlach.
  • Technologie up-to-date houden: Jij monitort systemen, implementeert verbeteringen, en zorgt ervoor dat de IT-omgeving klaar is voor de toekomst.
  • Samenwerken: Je bent een belangrijke schakel in een team van ervaren IT-consultants. Samen tillen jullie onze klanten naar een hoger niveau.

Wat maakt jou de perfecte match?

  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als IT Engineer, met een breed scala aan kennis in zowel netwerken als systemen.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van modern workplace, servers, netwerken, firewalls & Microsoft 365. Kennis van Autopilot & intune is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgerichtheid zit in je DNA: je communiceert helder en vertaalt complexe IT-problemen naar oplossingen in mensentaal.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een team en draagt graag bij aan een positieve sfeer.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Certificaten zoals Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate of Azure Administrator Associate zijn een pluspunt.
