About the team

Join the Finance Operations team at TradingView for the role Middle Finance Operations Specialist. We own the end-to-end weekly invoice cycle across multiple entities and currencies - from RAMP approvals and NetSuite/Atlar payments to reconciliation and reporting. Working to a fixed weekly rhythm, we keep global payments accurate, controlled, and on time while partnering closely with Treasury and Finance. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end weekly invoice cycle: continuous invoice intake into RAMP as invoices arrive across company mailboxes (do not batch to a single day), approval status tracking, payment preparation in NetSuite and Atlar, and posting/reconciliation in NetSuite.
  • Ensure all invoices intended for the Wednesday payment run have full RAMP approval by the Friday cut-off, and push approved invoices into Atlar ahead of the run so the approval queue is complete in time for processing.
  • Verify that all Wednesday payments are posted in NetSuite and correctly synced back to RAMP by Thursday EOD; follow up on and resolve any failed or unmatched syncs, escalating unresolved issues to the VP of Finance.
  • Code/post weekly credit card transactions, prepare and review the accounts payable aging report, and flag overdue items for follow-up; complete vendor reconciliations where required.
  • Support Fast Track (off-cycle) payments strictly on instruction from the VP of Finance, ensuring invoices are still properly entered/coded in RAMP and posted in NetSuite even outside the standard cycle.
  • Work within the company's multi-level Invoice Approval Matrix, understanding how invoices route through service-recipient, financial/budget, Treasury, and final approval levels depending on amount and entity.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AP/ERP platforms (NetSuite, RAMP, or similar invoice management and payment systems); experience with Atlar or comparable treasury/payment platforms is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of AP controls: segregation of duties, approval workflows, vendor verification, and fraud-prevention practices.
  • High attention to detail and comfort working to a fixed weekly cadence of deadlines (approval reviews, payment runs, reconciliation, reporting).
  • Clear communicator, comfortable following up with internal stakeholders on outstanding approvals and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Experience working across multiple currencies and legal entities is a plus.
