Wat ga je doen?

Als Manager QEHS ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, verbeteren en verder professionaliseren van onze QEHS-systemen. Je bewaakt en versterkt de kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid, milieuprestaties en duurzaamheid binnen onze organisatie en zorgt ervoor dat we blijven voldoen aan de hoogste normen.

Daarnaast ben je een coachende en inspirerende people-manager voor het QEHS-team (7 medewerkers). Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het MT team, klanten, sales organisatie, leveranciers en toezichthoudende instanties. Met jouw expertise, daadkracht en verbindende aanpak bouw je verder aan een sterke kwaliteits- en veiligheidscultuur.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het beheren, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van het QEHS-managementsysteem.
  • Het analyseren en oplossen van kwaliteitsvraagstukken om klanttevredenheid verder te versterken.
  • Het coördineren van certificeringen, audits en inspecties.
  • Versterken van een cultuur van kwaliteit en (voedsel)veiligheid binnen de organisatie.
  • Het bewaken van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Het initiëren van verbeterprojecten en realiseren van concrete resultaten.
  • Het monitoren en opvolgen van KPI’s en verbeteracties.

Wat neem je mee?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Kwaliteitsmanagement of Veiligheidskunde.
  • Minimaal vijf jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen QA of QEHS in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie; ervaring met cacao is een pré.
  • Aantoonbare kennis van voedselveiligheidsstandaarden, audits en certificeringen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
  • Een hands-on, coachende en resultaatgerichte instelling.
  • Het vermogen om mensen mee te nemen in verandering en verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren.

Mocht je minder ervaring hebben met Veiligheid en/of milieu dan horen we nog steeds graag van jou.
