Du bringst ein starkes technisches Fundament mit, kannst dich schnell in anspruchsvolle Kundenanwendungen und neue Technologiefelder einarbeiten und möchtest dieses Verständnis zunehmend mit Markt\- und Business\-Perspektiven verbinden. In dieser baust du gezielt deine Business Development Kompetenz aus.

Dafür stehst du am Morgen auf: -------------------------------

  • Identifizieren, bewerten und priorisieren neuer Anwendungen, Technologien und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Analysieren von anspruchsvollen Kundenapplikationen, technischen Herausforderungen und ungelösten Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Einarbeiten in neue Technologien und Beurteilen ihres Potenzials für Trafag und unsere Kunden
  • Analysieren von Märkten und Wettbewerbsumfeldern sowie Validieren von Marktpotenzialen
  • Austausch mit Kunden, Partnern, Branchenexperten und Forschungseinrichtungen
  • Einsatz moderner KI\-Tools zur Markt\- und Technologiebeobachtung, Trendanalyse und Wissensgewinnung

Das wünschen wir uns von dir: ------------------------------

  • MSc oder PhD in Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen
  • Freude daran, dich selbständig in neue Technologien, Anwendungen und Branchen einzuarbeiten
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Eigeninitiative
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse

Ob du bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt hast, oder nach deinem MSc bzw. PhD den Einstieg in eine technologie\- und marktorientierte suchst, ist für uns zweitrangig. Entscheidend sind dein Potenzial, deine Begeisterung für Technologie und dein , Neues mitzugestalten.
