Propósito principal

Asegurar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los equipos mecánicos de la refinería. Lidera al equipo de mantenimiento mecánico, propio y de contratistas, con foco en la seguridad de las personas, la calidad técnica de los trabajos y la eficiencia de costos.

Responsabilidades clave

Mantenimiento y confiabilidad

  • Programar y supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de equipos dinámicos (bombas, compresores, turbinas).
  • Conducir análisis de causa raíz (RCA) de fallas repetitivas y proponer mejoras al plan de mantenimiento.
  • Participar en la definición del stock de repuestos críticos de los equipos de planta.
  • Participar en la planificación y ejecución de paradas de planta (turnaround).

Seguridad

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad: permisos de trabajo (PT), bloqueos, espacios confinados y análisis de riesgo de tarea (ART).

Coordinación y contratistas

  • Coordinar con Operaciones las ventanas de intervención y los tiempos de retorno a servicio de los equipos.
  • Gestionar y controlar el trabajo de los contratistas, asegurando que cumplan los estándares de calidad y seguridad.

Gestión del equipo

  • Liderar y desarrollar al personal a cargo, asignando tareas según capacidades y promoviendo la transferencia de conocimiento.
  • Evaluar periódicamente el desempeño del personal, con devoluciones individuales.
  • Detectar necesidades de capacitación y participar en la elaboración de los planes de capacitación.
  • Proponer promociones del personal a cargo.
  • Controlar las horas-hombre y el rendimiento del equipo en función de los objetivos de la empresa.

Gestión administrativa y sistemas

  • Gestionar las órdenes de trabajo y el historial técnico de los equipos en el sistema de mantenimiento.
  • Registrar las tareas ejecutadas, detallando alcance y observaciones detectadas.
  • Mantener actualizada la carga de horas del personal, completándola cada jornada.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica o Técnico Superior en Mecánica Industrial.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento mecánico industrial, preferentemente en refinería u oil & gas, con al menos 2 años supervisando personal.
  • Conocimiento de equipos rotativos de proceso.
  • Técnicas de mantenimiento predictivo: vibraciones, análisis de aceite y termografía.
  • Normas API, ASME e IRAM aplicables.
  • Normativa de seguridad e higiene y convenio colectivo del sector.
  • Herramientas de análisis de fallas.
  • Metrología e instrumentos de medición: tolerancias, huelgos y aprietes.
  • Liderazgo técnico y capacidad de decisión bajo presión.
  • Planificación y priorización del trabajo.
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Disponibilidad full time, con turnos rotativos diurnos de lunes a viernes y, eventualmente, turnos nocturnos durante paradas de planta.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (lectura técnica indispensable; conversacional deseable).
